How To Assemble The Unshielded Toolless RJ45 Keystone Jack With Cable-Clamper
Start by stripping 3 cm of the outer jacket from the Ethernet cable using a cable stripper. Arrange the wires in the cap according to the T568A or T568B wiring diagram provided with the unshielded keystone jack with clamper. Trim any excess wire with diagonal cutters for a clean fit. Then, follow the design indicators and securely snap the cap back onto the UTP RJ45 jack. Finally, use a pressing tool to firmly press the UTP Toolless RJ45 jack into place, completing the assembly. Third, testing the contact pins in a salt spray test lasting 24 hours.
